  • Job Title: Bodyshop Manager
  • Location: ECR, OMR, Nandambakkam – Chennai
  • Salary: Up to ₹35,000 per month (Based on experience)

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and manage bodyshop operations including accident repairs, denting, painting, and insurance claim processes.
  • Monitor workflow and allocate tasks to technicians to ensure timely completion of jobs.
  • Ensure adherence to OEM repair standards, safety protocols, and quality benchmarks.
  • Handle customer queries, provide accurate repair estimates, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with insurance surveyors for claim approvals and settlements.
  • Maintain proper stock of bodyshop consumables and spare parts.
  • Track and achieve monthly revenue, productivity, and profitability targets.
  • Prepare and present periodic performance reports to management.
  • Train and guide technicians to enhance efficiency and technical skills.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5–7 years of experience in bodyshop operations.
  • Strong knowledge of accident repairs, denting/painting processes, and insurance claim handling.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and customer handling skills.
  • Ability to manage a team effectively and achieve set targets.
  • Diploma/Degree in Automobile/Mechanical Engineering preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30, ₹35,000.00 per month
