Job Opportunity: A Field-Intensive Role in Coffee Procurement and Quality Assurance.

We are seeking an experienced coffee professional to join our team as a skilled expert in coffee sourcing and quality management. This position requires strong technical expertise, relationship skills, and passion for high-quality coffee products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate green coffee beans before purchase by visiting farms and curing works across Karnataka.
  • Conduct thorough quality checks from farm collection to curing and sorting.
  • Cup and evaluate samples to ensure consistency with export specifications.
  • Prepare detailed traceability and quality reports for each lot procured.
  • Coordinate procurement activities once contracts with suppliers are finalized.
  • Manage logistics from farm to curing works and up to export stage (sampling, weighment, warehousing).
Requirements
  • Proven experience in the coffee industry, preferably in procurement, quality control, cupping, or farm-level operations.
  • Strong knowledge of green coffee beans, grading, curing processes, and cup quality analysis.
  • Ability to maintain accurate documentation for traceability and compliance.
  • Familiarity with export-related logistics and processes is an advantage.
  • Fluency in Kannada (mandatory); basic English for reporting and supplier/buyer coordination.
