Job Title

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Frontend Developer to join our team. As a key member of the development team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining high-quality user interfaces for our applications.

Our ideal candidate has a strong background in front-end development with a focus on Adobe Target. They should have expertise in JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, and CSS, as well as hands-on experience with Adobe Launch, Adobe Analytics, and other Adobe Experience Cloud tools.

  1. Required Skills & Qualifications:
  2. - 5+ years of experience in front-end development with a strong focus on Adobe Target.
  3. - Expertise in JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, and CSS.
  4. - Hands-on experience with Adobe Launch, Adobe Analytics, and other Adobe Experience Cloud tools.
  5. - Strong understanding of A/B testing methodologies, statistics, and CRO best practices.
  6. - Experience with Single Page Applications (SPAs) and working with frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
  7. - Proficiency in debugging and troubleshooting front-end performance issues.
  8. - Experience integrating Adobe Target with third-party data sources and CRM systems.
  9. - Excellent communication skills with the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  1. Preferred Qualifications:
  2. - Adobe Certified Expert in Adobe Target (ACE) certification.
  3. - Experience with server-side experimentation and Adobe Target Delivery API.
  4. - Familiarity with Node.js, Python, or other scripting languages.
  5. - Knowledge of GDPR, CCPA, and other data privacy regulations related to personalization.
