About the Role:

We are seeking a talented Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to translate complex data insights into actionable recommendations.

The role combines data analysis, business strategy, and process improvement. You will collect, analyze, and interpret HR and business data to identify trends and opportunities for process enhancement.

You will build and maintain dashboards and reports for employee performance, experience, and retention using Excel, Power BI/Tableau, and SQL. Additionally, you will partner with HR and business stakeholders to understand challenges and recommend data-driven solutions that align people strategies with business objectives.

Your expertise in data quality, accuracy, and timely communication of insights will be essential in driving informed decision-making.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Mandatory working knowledge of Excel (SQL - Good to have)
  • Experience building data models, creating interactive dashboards, and automating HR reports in Power BI/Tableau
  • Ability to analyze large data sets and generate actionable recommendations
  • Strong communication skills to translate technical data findings into clear executive summaries for HR and business leaders

Education and Certification:

  • B-Tech/BE and B-Tech/BE + MBA
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
