Job Title

As a key team member, the System Reliability Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our systems and infrastructure. This involves configuring and setting up dashboards for monitoring using Grafana/Dynatrace etc.

We are looking for an experienced professional with expertise in AWS, DevOps, Python scripting, and Open Telemetry. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of cloud computing and experience in managing complex system deployments.

The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues, implement process improvements, and develop tools to enhance system reliability. Responsibilities:

  • Configure and set up dashboards for monitoring using Grafana/Dynatrace etc.
  • Develop and maintain scripts for automating system tasks
  • Collaborate with development teams to resolve technical issues and improve system performance
  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance system reliability
  • Maintain high standards of system availability, security, and data integrity

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in site reliability engineering or a related field
  • Strong understanding of cloud computing and experience with AWS
  • Expertise in DevOps practices, including continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD)
  • Proficiency in Python scripting and experience with Open Telemetry
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
