Job Title: System Reliability Specialist

The Technology Infrastructure team engineers and operates the foundational technology platforms that power all of the firm's applications and businesses.

This is a fast-paced, dynamic, and collaborative environment focused on innovation and challenging the status quo in infrastructure technology.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Apply software and systems engineering skills to develop and maintain distributed, real-time systems that serve key stakeholders in the Global business.
  • Optimize operations of existing systems and infrastructure through automation and tooling, ensuring efficiency and scalability.
  • Build out technical components of a robust SRE program across multiple complex systems.
  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure changes align with measurable Service Level Objectives (SLOs).
  • Monitor system capacity and performance, identifying potential bottlenecks before they affect stakeholders.
  • Review and provide feedback on automation code, maintaining high standards of code quality and efficiency.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, analyzing their impact on infrastructure and service operations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Site Reliability Engineer or similar role.
  • Strong coding skills in Python, PowerShell, C#, and ability to comprehend other languages.
  • Experience with Windows and Linux operating systems, cloud-based services (AWS), Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), Configuration Management (Ansible), container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Self-motivated with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong sense of ownership.
  • Commitment to highest ethical standards.
