Job Role:

Responsibilities:

  • Greet visitors, clients, and candidates professionally
  • Manage phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to the appropriate personnel
  • Handle mail, courier deliveries, and faxes
  • Maintain the reception area, ensuring it remains clean, tidy, and presentable
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings
  • Perform data entry tasks and maintain accurate visitor logs and records
  • Provide information about the company, its products/services, and directions to visitors and callers
  • Monitor and manage office supplies, informing the Office Manager when replenishment is needed
  • Offer basic administrative support, such as photocopying, scanning, and filing documents
  • Liaise with internal departments to relay messages and facilitate workflow
  • Follow established security procedures for visitor access and maintain visitor badges
  • Assist with making arrangements for meetings, including refreshments if required
  • Coordinate with courier services for pickups and deliveries

About the Job:

  • Working Hours: Flexible work hours, however regular attendance during business hours is expected.
  • Holidays: 20 days paid annual leave. Eligible employees receive additional time off for bank holidays and other observances.
