  • Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Location Scheduling Specialist to join our team.
  • Main Responsibilities:
    • Coordinate and schedule field visits, ensuring timely and efficient execution of tasks.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with external clients and internal stakeholders, fostering trust and cooperation.
  • Requirements:
    • 6-12 months of relevant work experience, preferably in customer service or scheduling.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse groups.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Outlook.
    • Strong problem-solving and adaptability skills, with a focus on continuous improvement.
    • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
