HR Shared Services Representative, II

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert guidance to employees on HR policies, procedures, and programs.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of HR processes to answer customer inquiries.
  • Respond to inbound calls and emails from employees through the HR Service Center.
  • Provide timely and accurate information to employees by clarifying issues, researching answers, and escalating unresolved problems.
  • Collaborate with the payroll department and subject matter experts in HR to resolve employee issues.
  • Utilize HR systems such as ADP, Oracle Cloud, and Degreed to answer employee questions.
  • Document all interactions in real-time within the HR Service Center's case management software.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and engage with Senior HR Service Members to drive change.
  • Manage employee records, ensuring accurate data is entered and maintained in the system.
  • Assist HR team members and line managers in preparing offer letters, coordinating acceptances, and tracking key activities.
  • Provide rewards administration support for company benefits programs.
  • Prepare accurate and timely employee payroll data for the required pay frequency.
  • Support internal and external audits by collecting and preparing supporting documents.
  • Drive consistent content management across the HR Function on internal tools.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED; Associate's degree a plus.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an automated customer service environment, with call center and benefits experience preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Team player with excellent listening skills and the ability to ask probing questions.
  • Professional and friendly attitude with the ability to develop rapport with employees.
  • Ability to independently execute an action plan following documented policies and procedures.
  • Effective management of multiple priorities and adaptability in a fast-paced business environment.
  • Ability to assess employee issues and apply the appropriate procedure or policy.
  • Ability to learn and navigate new software quickly.
  • English compulsory; other languages a plus.
