Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Senior Web Software Engineer to develop scalable web applications using Ruby on Rails.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement robust web applications with high-quality code.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
  • Ensure smooth integration of new technologies and frameworks.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and advancements.

Required Skills:
  • At least 10 years of professional experience in Ruby on Rails development.
  • Strong knowledge of Ruby on Rails, Sinatra, and microservices-based architectures.
  • Familiarity with Kafka, ZooKeeper, and Thrift or similar messaging/streaming platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with SOLR for search and AWS services (especially AWS SQS, hosting, and cloud infrastructure).
  • Proficiency in security practices, including bot mitigation.
  • Experience with infrastructure monitoring tools, preferably Datadog.
  • Strong debugging, performance tuning, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Prior experience in healthcare technology platforms is an asset.
