Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Salesforce technical director to lead our team of experts in delivering successful projects and driving business growth.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously, mentoring junior staff, and collaborating with stakeholders to define design best practices.

In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing designs, driving proof-of-concepts, and ensuring adherence to Salesforce standards and guidelines.

You will also conduct regular project reviews, provide status updates to senior management, and identify and mitigate project risks and issues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage multiple Salesforce projects from initiation to delivery.
  • Mentor and coach junior staff to develop their skills and expertise.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define design best practices and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Review designs and drive proof-of-concepts to validate solutions.
  • Ensure adherence to Salesforce standards and guidelines.
  • Conduct regular project reviews and provide status updates to senior management.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.

Qualifications

  • At least 10 years of experience in IT, with a strong focus on Salesforce.
  • Proven experience in leading and managing multiple projects.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Agile methodologies.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce integration tools and techniques.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Lightning and other Salesforce technologies.
