Job Opportunity

As a Transformation Consultant, you will partner with clients to reimagine and optimize their Human Resources processes. This role involves delivering seamless implementations that meet the unique needs of each organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end transformation projects for UK-based clients, ensuring solutions align with local statutory and regulatory requirements.
  • Run business process reviews (AS-IS / TO-BE) — map workflows, identify areas for improvement, and define actionable recommendations.
  • Facilitate client workshops to align stakeholders and drive decision-making in unionized and non-unionized environments.
  • Configure and support Employee Central Core, Time Off, and Time Tracking, optimizing for UK HR scenarios.
  • Collaborate with payroll and technical teams to validate and support payroll integrations.
  • Deliver high-quality outputs: process maps, gap analysis, recommendation logs, and future-state blueprints.
Requirements
  • Expertise in HR process optimization and transformation.
  • Strong understanding of SuccessFactors and its applications.
  • Ability to work effectively in unionized and non-unionized environments.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
