Job Title

We are seeking a highly experienced database and application development professional to lead our Operations team.

  • Drive strategic direction, monitor job performance, schedule tasks, configure, and maintain batch jobs.
  • Act as the primary contact for user inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and resolve problems to ensure seamless support experience.
  • Develop and implement operational processes, guidelines, and best practices to streamline support operations and enhance user satisfaction.
  • Log, prioritize, and collaborate with product teams on resolving bugs and complex technical issues.
  • Monitor critical issues, escalate when necessary, and provide workarounds for unsupported functionality.
  • Help troubleshoot, triage daily issues, and guide the team in solving tickets.
  • Refine Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to enhance service delivery and user satisfaction.
  • Design, modify, and troubleshoot SSIS packages, stored procedures, SQL queries, automation processes, and SQL jobs with a focus on performance.
  • Convert, manipulate, and prepare large data volumes for ingestion into systems using SQL Server integration tools.
  • Create, modify, and troubleshoot reporting queries in SQL Server 2019.
  • Maintain and support data ingestion tools and automation scripts.
  • Resolve data-related issues reported by customers and internal employees.
  • Conduct quality and business logic checks on all data entering and exiting systems.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, business administration, or a related field.
