ServiceNow Event Management Technical Consultant

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow professional with a proven track record in delivering IT Operations Management (ITOM) and Event Management solutions. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about technology and eager to make a meaningful impact within our organization.

This consultant will be responsible for leading ServiceNow engagements from start to finish, overseeing all phases from requirements gathering to deployment. They will provide hands-on design and development expertise, supporting a range of consulting initiatives. The ideal candidate will work closely with a team of architects, SMEs, and process consultants throughout end-to-end implementations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead ServiceNow engagements end-to-end, overseeing all phases from requirements gathering to deployment.
  • Provide hands-on ServiceNow-related design and development expertise, supporting a range of consulting initiatives.
  • Work closely with a team of architects, SMEs, and process consultants throughout end-to-end implementations.
  • Configure and develop enhancements on the ServiceNow platform to meet business needs for modules, primarily ITOM and Event Management.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree with at least 5 years of ServiceNow design and development experience.
  • Demonstrated development experience on the ServiceNow platform, including customization of applications such as ITOM and Event Management.
  • Proven experience developing ServiceNow solutions and technical design documents from business requirements.
  • Experience with implementing custom integrations using methods like REST/SOAP, Flow Designer, Data Stream, and Scripted REST API.
  • Experience developing, implementing, and maintaining large-scale applications and systems.
