ServiceNow Developer

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to join our team. As a ServiceNow Developer, you will be responsible for implementing and architecting ServiceNow solutions with 12 years of experience.

The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of Sales and Order Management process followed in organizations. You will design, configure, and customize ServiceNow SOM module as per Organizations SOM process.

You will also have extensive experience across the ServiceNow core platform security, performance, and compliance. Additionally, you will possess third-party integration expertise with REST, SOAP, and other methods.

A successful candidate will collaborate with teams to understand requirements and pain points, and translate them into functional specifications. They will conduct workshops and training sessions for end-users to ensure successful adoption of implemented solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and architect ServiceNow solutions with 12 years of experience.
  • Have good understanding of Sales and Order Management process followed in organization.
  • Design, configure, and customize ServiceNow SOM module as per Organizations SOM process.
  • Experience in the design and implementation of various ServiceNow modules, including Sales and Order Management, Supplier Lifecycle Operations, Customer Service Management, and more.
  • Extensive experience across the ServiceNow core platform security, performance, and compliance.
  • Third-party integration expertise with REST, SOAP, and other methods.
  • Collaborate with teams to understand requirements and pain points, and translate them into functional specifications.
  • Conduct workshops and training sessions for end-users to ensure successful adoption of implemented solutions.
  • Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution during implementation.
  • Provide ongoing support to end-users addressing their queries and issues related to the ServiceNow platform/module.
  • Document processes, configurations, and solutions to create comprehensive user guides and training materials.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 12 years of experience in implementing or architecting ServiceNow solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Implementation experience in Sales and Order Management for Telecommunication.
  • Relevant ServiceNow certifications, such as ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist, are a plus.
  • Exceptional leadership, problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills.
