As a seasoned supply chain professional, you will play a pivotal role in helping clients transform their logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand business challenges and operational requirements.
  • Discovery Sessions: Lead discovery sessions to identify pain points and gather detailed specifications.
  • Solution Presentation: Present customized solutions that align with client needs using Kinaxis RapidResponse.
  • Supply Chain Solutions: Develop and implement comprehensive supply chain solutions leveraging Kinaxis RapidResponse.
  • Proposal Development: Create detailed proposals, workflows, and use case demonstrations to showcase solution capabilities.
  • Technical Feasibility: Work closely with technical teams to ensure the feasibility of proposed solutions.
  • Solution Configuration: Configure and customize Kinaxis RapidResponse to meet client requirements.
  • Subject Matter Expert: Serve as the subject matter expert for Kinaxis solutions during sales cycles and project delivery.
  • Pre-Sales Support: Support sales teams with technical expertise and thought leadership during the pre-sales process.
  • Demonstrations and Scenarios: Deliver compelling product demonstrations and proof-of-concept scenarios.
  • RFP and RFI Responses: Respond to RFPs, RFIs, and other documentation requests with detailed technical insights.
  • Client Communication: Maintain clear and regular communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.
  • Post-Implementation Guidance: Provide post-implementation guidance and training to ensure client success with Kinaxis solutions.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Hands-on experience with Kinaxis RapidResponse, including configuration, implementation, or solution design.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain planning, demand management, and S&OP processes.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with a client-focused mindset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
