Azure Cloud Infrastructure Developer Role

Objective:

  • Design, implement and manage scalable, secure cloud-based infrastructure utilizing Microsoft Azure services.

Responsibilities:

  1. Deploy, configure and optimize Azure IaaS solutions, encompassing virtual machines, storage, networking, and backup services.
  2. Maintain high-performance, highly available and secure cloud environments through continuous monitoring and regular health checks.
  3. Implement Azure governance solutions, including role-based access control (RBAC) and resource policies.
  4. Collaborate with teams to comprehend infrastructure needs and provide guidance on best practices for Azure services.
  5. Troubleshoot and resolve Azure-related issues efficiently.
  6. Automate repetitive tasks leveraging PowerShell or Azure CLI.
  7. Configure and deploy Azure IaaS and PaaS services, including virtual networks, storage accounts and Azure SQL databases.

Required Skills:

  • Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools, such as Terraform, is beneficial.
  • Proficiency in Azure services, including experience with the Azure CLI, DevOps, Functions, Logic Apps, App Services, Storage, IAM, Virtual Networks, Load Balancers, Application Gateway, Front Door and Entra ID, is mandatory.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, strong communication and collaboration abilities, and ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively are essential.
