Job Summary

As a B2B Content Marketing Manager at Kalvium, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of content strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive lead generation. You will create and manage various content formats, including blog posts, whitepapers, and case studies, while overseeing offline and online marketing initiatives like webinars and regional events.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that content aligns with business goals and resonates with our target audience. Your role involves leveraging your creativity and strategic thinking to deliver impactful content that supports our brand's objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategy Development: Design and implement comprehensive content marketing strategies aligned with company goals and target audience needs. Set short-term goals to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
  • Content Creation & Management: Produce high-quality engaging content, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, infographics, and videos. Oversee editorial calendars to ensure consistent content delivery across platforms.
  • Channel Management: Distribute content through various online and offline channels, such as WhatsApp, email marketing, paid advertising, regional events, and webinars.
  • Sales Support: Develop sales collateral, including case studies and presentations, to support the sales team in both Sales Enablement and Account-Based approaches.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze content performance metrics. Use insights to refine strategies, improve engagement, and report on ROI.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a relevant field.
  • 2 years of hands-on experience in B2B content marketing.
  • Deep understanding of B2B marketing principles and strategies.
  • Strong experience with SEO keyword research and content management systems.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills with a demonstrated ability to create high-quality content.
  • Ability to create and implement effective content strategies.
  • Proficiency in analyzing content performance and providing actionable insights.
  • Experience with social media and email marketing platforms.
  • Strong understanding of buyer personas and the customer journey.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets and use analytical skills to optimize marketing efforts.
  • Experience in agile marketing practices for continuous improvement of marketing initiatives.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to work remotely and manage marketing strategies independently.
