About the Role

We're seeking a skilled Creative Content Strategist to join our Marketing team. As a Senior Copy Writer, you'll craft engaging scripts and ads for digital marketing channels, including B2C and B2B videos, product marketing demos, brand films, and YouTube long-format content.

Key Responsibilities:

Scriptwriting:

  • Develop compelling narratives for digital marketing & brand videos targeting both B2C and B2B audiences.
  • Craft persuasive stories for product marketing demos to effectively showcase product features and benefits.
  • Create informative scripts for YouTube long-format videos to maintain a strong online presence.

Research and Understanding:

  • Conduct thorough research to understand target audience needs, industry trends, and competitor content.
  • Stay updated on marketing and video trends to ensure produced scripts align with current best practices.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the marketing team and stakeholders to align scripts with overall marketing strategies and goals.
  • Collaborate with video producers, designers, and other team members to bring scripts to life effectively.

Adaptability:

  • Adapt writing style to suit different platforms and audiences, ensuring consistency with brand voice and messaging.

Feedback Integration:

  • Receive and incorporate feedback from team members and stakeholders to refine and enhance script quality.

Performance Analysis:

  • Analyze video metrics (CTR, VTR) to enhance audience engagement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience as a scriptwriter for digital marketing content.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of scripts for B2C and B2B videos, product marketing videos, and YouTube long-format videos.
  • Excellent storytelling and creative writing skills.
  • Understanding of digital marketing strategies and trends.
  • Ability to work in a collaborative environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Familiarity with video production processes and ability to work closely with video production teams.

The estimated salary for this role is ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,500,000 per annum, depending on experience. Located in Bangalore (WFO).
