The Role: Senior Project Manager

As a key team member, you will play a pivotal role in bringing luxury brand visions to life. You will be the link between international clients and our production team, ensuring every detail aligns with brand expectations and is executed with excellence. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment, balancing client relationships with technical expertise.

Responsibilities:

  • Represent us as the primary point of contact for global luxury brand clients.
  • Communicate confidently and professionally in English to manage client expectations.
  • Translate design concepts and client requirements into clear technical briefs for production teams.
  • Drive projects from planning to delivery — ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
  • Anticipate challenges, find solutions, and ensure seamless execution across all project phases.
  • Foster strong, long-term partnerships with clients through trust, reliability, and impeccable delivery.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in shopfitting, luxury retail, or bespoke furniture.
  • Excellent command of English with strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • In-depth technical knowledge of retail furniture manufacturing, finishes, and materials.
  • A proven ability to manage multiple complex projects under tight deadlines.
  • Strong leadership qualities with a passion for craftsmanship and detail.
