Improve collections performance and boost customer satisfaction as a Process Developer

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Process Developer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing effective collections strategies to reduce Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement collections plans to minimize DSO and maximize cash recovery
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers through timely communication and issue resolution
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and collections progress
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales, dispute, and billing teams, to ensure seamless issue resolution
  • Identify and report potential risks and opportunities for improvement to Collections Supervisor
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in collections or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office, including Excel
  • Detail-oriented and organized with a focus on accuracy and meeting deadlines
  • Good understanding of large ERP systems, preferably SAP
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspaces
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
