Job Title: Senior Risk Management Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead and manage independent projects across various operational risk management areas. The ideal candidate will have 9-12 years of experience in operational risk, incident management, third-party risks, business continuity planning, loss data, fraud risk, internal controls, SOPs, and policies.

About the Role:
  • Lead and manage independent projects to assess and mitigate operational risk.
  • Develop and implement effective control frameworks, policies, and procedures.
  • Conduct risk assessments, identify control weaknesses, and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely completion and finalization of projects.
  • Provide regular updates on project execution and quality reviews.

Requirements:
  • 9-12 years of experience in operational risk management.

  • Excellent MS-Excel, Word, and PPT skills.
