Job Title:

Internal Control Specialist - Risk Management

Avoidance of internal control weaknesses, timely reporting and implementation of controls are the key responsibilities for this role. Ensure that all processes align with US GAAP and Indian Accounting Standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct on-site reviews to identify and implement corrective actions for internal control weaknesses.
  • Assess risks and design strategies to mitigate potential losses.
  • Develop and implement effective control processes across functional areas.
  • Provide support to location management teams in operational and financial audits.
  • Review accounting documents for compliance with company policies and standards.

Qualifications:

  • Chartered Accountant with 8+ years of experience in internal audit/accounting audit/internal control roles, including 4+ years in a Big 4 environment.
  • Strong knowledge of US GAAP and Indian Accounting Standards.
  • Excellent English communication skills, with ability to communicate with team members and stakeholders.
