Job Title: Social Media Content Creator

As a skilled Social Media Content Creator, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing content strategies across various social media platforms. Your primary objective will be to craft engaging content that resonates with our target audience, fostering a strong brand presence.

About the Role:

We are seeking an exceptional candidate who possesses a deep understanding of content formats suitable for service-based brands. Your expertise in conceptualizing and executing brand stories visually and tonally will be crucial in driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement tailored content strategies across social media platforms to achieve our marketing objectives.
  • Conceptualize, script, shoot, and edit captivating content (video-first + static) native to each platform.
  • Owning and managing end-to-end content calendars will be essential in channel-wise execution.
  • You will be responsible for building and scaling a creator and influencer ecosystem to amplify our brand messaging.
  • Craft compelling messaging for key moments with internal stakeholders.
  • Optimize content for reach, retention, saves, shares, and conversions to drive business outcomes.
  • Analyze performance data regularly to iterate on formats, frequency, and messaging.
  • Stay ahead of social trends, algorithm shifts, and platform features to innovate with speed.

Requirements:
  • 4+ years of proven experience as a content creator, social strategist, or hybrid role.
  • Solid understanding of content formats that work for service-based brands.
  • Ability to conceptualize and execute brand stories visually and tonally.
  • Proven success in building social media growth from scratch or scale.
  • Strong understanding of algorithms, trends, platform-native behaviors.
  • Experience collaborating with creators, influencers, or UGC producers.
  • Great creative instincts : smart, sharp, on-brand.
  • Self-starter energy with strong creative and analytical thinking.
