Job Overview:

  • We are seeking a skilled and experienced Human Resource Operations Lead to oversee the efficient management of our HR systems, databases, and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the development and implementation of HR Standard Operating Procedures, policies, and guidelines.
  2. Manage employee onboarding, orientation, and exit processes, ensuring seamless transitions.
  3. Create and present key HR metrics to stakeholders, providing valuable insights for business decisions.
  4. Act as a consultant to managers and staff, offering expert guidance on HR policies and procedures.
  5. Ensure timely communication with employees regarding their data and status within Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  6. Address employee queries throughout their employment lifecycle, resolving issues efficiently.
  7. Support HR audits, ensuring compliance with statutory norms, and implement recommendations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in HR operations, preferably in an executive role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR systems, databases, and processes.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
