Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a motivated ServiceNow Developer to join our team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality technical engagements related to security operations solutions within the ServiceNow platform.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design and Development: Create effective security operation solutions, including Security Incident Response and Vulnerability Response, within the ServiceNow platform.
  • Configuration and Integration: Configure and develop ServiceNow SecOps applications and modules to meet business requirements.
  • Technical Expertise: Provide expertise in identifying, evaluating, and implementing solutions that meet business needs.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their security operations needs and translate them into functional and technical requirements.
  • Documentation and Testing: Create and maintain system design documentation, process and procedure documentation, training materials, perform system and integration testing, and facilitate user acceptance testing.
  • Support and Maintenance: Provide ongoing support and maintenance of the SecOps solutions.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other IT, Security, and business units to ensure comprehensive, high-quality, and timely delivery of projects.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience working with ServiceNow platform with a focus on SecOps module.
  • Experience in development and implementation of security incident response and vulnerability response within ServiceNow.
  • Proficiency with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and one or more scripting languages.
  • Knowledge of REST and SOAP web services.
  • Strong understanding of security and privacy concepts.
  • Proven problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively with other departments.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - Security Operations.
  • Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP).
  • Certified Information Security Manager (CISM).
  • ITIL Certification.
