ServiceNow Application Specialist

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow developer to fill a critical role in our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions that meet the needs of our business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop ServiceNow applications that align with business requirements.
  • Configure and optimize Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Request Management workflows.
  • Implement robust REST/SOAP API integrations with external systems.
  • Develop and maintain custom forms, fields, and user interfaces.
  • Enhance Discovery probes and patterns to support complex infrastructure and cloud environments.
  • Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to analyze business needs and deliver scalable, maintainable solutions.
  • Troubleshoot platform issues using advanced scripting skills and resolve defects promptly.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Relevant ServiceNow training in ITSM, Discovery, and scripting modules.
  • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development.
  • Proven track record with ServiceNow ITSM modules and Discovery implementation.
  • Experience with form customization, API integration, and dashboard/report creation.
  • Demonstrated experience in troubleshooting platform issues and scripting errors.
