Training Coordinator Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Training Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our Home Service team, you will be responsible for ensuring that new phlebotomists are fully prepared and confident before starting their work in the field.

This role involves managing the entire onboarding process, from initial interviews to training and first field assignments. You will need to conduct thorough interviews with prospective phlebotomists to assess their suitability for the role. Once selected candidates have been assigned to trainers for skill development, you will provide ongoing support and guidance throughout the onboarding process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct initial interviews with prospective phlebotomists to assess suitability.
  • Assign selected candidates to the appropriate trainers for skill development.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance throughout the onboarding process.
  • Monitor and support new phlebotomists until they successfully complete their first assigned slot.
  • Work closely with trainers, management, and other teams to ensure smooth transitions for new hires.

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience in coordination, training, HR, or operations (experience in onboarding or people management preferred).
  • Strong communication skills in Hindi and English (required).
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced operational environment.
  • Familiarity with healthcare or service operations is an advantage, but not required.
  • Must be based in Surat or willing to relocate.
