Job Title: Career Development Advisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Career Development Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in education and sales, with excellent communication skills and the ability to persuade and handle objections.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective students.
  • Convert webinar attendees and registered leads into full-course admissions.
  • Conduct structured counseling sessions to understand students' goals and suggest the right course.
  • Explain program benefits, career outcomes, and scholarship opportunities clearly.
  • Manage CRM tools (lead tracking, follow-ups, payments, EMI schedules).
  • Achieve daily calling targets (200+) and monthly admission goals.
  • Share reminders and follow-up messages on WhatsApp and email.
  • Build trust by explaining career roadmaps and earning potential.
  • Work closely with Team Leaders to improve conversion rates.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in EdTech/Sales/Counseling/BPO.
  • Excellent communication skills (English and Hindi).
  • Strong persuasion and objection-handling ability.
  • Comfortable with daily call targets and revenue goals.
  • Knowledge of CRM tools, WhatsApp Business, and basic Excel.
  • Passion for education and healthcare sector is a plus.

Key Performance Indicators (KPI):

  • Daily Calls: 200+.
  • WhatsApp Follow-ups: 50+.
  • Conversions: 10-15% of leads handled.
  • EMI Collections: 100% adherence.
  • Admission Target Achievement: Monthly quota as per team goal.
