
Career Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Career Development Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in education and sales, with excellent communication skills and the ability to persuade and handle objections.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective students.
- Convert webinar attendees and registered leads into full-course admissions.
- Conduct structured counseling sessions to understand students' goals and suggest the right course.
- Explain program benefits, career outcomes, and scholarship opportunities clearly.
- Manage CRM tools (lead tracking, follow-ups, payments, EMI schedules).
- Achieve daily calling targets (200+) and monthly admission goals.
- Share reminders and follow-up messages on WhatsApp and email.
- Build trust by explaining career roadmaps and earning potential.
- Work closely with Team Leaders to improve conversion rates.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in EdTech/Sales/Counseling/BPO.
- Excellent communication skills (English and Hindi).
- Strong persuasion and objection-handling ability.
- Comfortable with daily call targets and revenue goals.
- Knowledge of CRM tools, WhatsApp Business, and basic Excel.
- Passion for education and healthcare sector is a plus.
Key Performance Indicators (KPI):
- Daily Calls: 200+.
- WhatsApp Follow-ups: 50+.
- Conversions: 10-15% of leads handled.
- EMI Collections: 100% adherence.
- Admission Target Achievement: Monthly quota as per team goal.
