Business Growth Specialist

We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Business Growth Specialist to connect with potential customers, pitch services, and convert leads into successful sales through effective communication.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in outbound calling and telesales, with a proven track record of meeting sales targets and collaborating with the sales team for smooth client onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:

* Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to pitch our digital marketing solutions and explain service benefits
* Convert leads into successful sales through effective communication and negotiation skills
* Maintain a database of customer calls and feedback to improve sales strategies
* Follow up with leads to ensure maximum conversions and meet daily/weekly/monthly call & sales targets
* Collaborate with the sales team for smooth client onboarding and contribute to the growth of the business

Required Skills and Qualifications:

* Minimum 6 months of experience in outbound calling / telesales
* Strong communication and persuasion skills to effectively engage with customers and close deals
* Goal-oriented and target-driven attitude to meet and exceed sales targets
* Basic computer knowledge to maintain call records and manage data
* Positive attitude with the ability to handle client objections confidently and professionally
* Bachelor's degree preferred but not mandatory
