  • Overseeing the entire project lifecycle from start to finish.

Requirements for success in this position include:

  • A degree or relevant certification in interior design.
  • A minimum of 1.5 years' experience working as an interior designer.
  • Prior experience leading and delivering turnkey residential projects.
  • Proficiency in design tools, including AutoCAD and PPT presentation software.
  • An in-depth understanding of design concepts, including conceptual design, technical design, and modular design.
  • Project management skills, including budgeting and coordination with internal and external agencies.
  • Sales expertise, including developing logical and persuasive sales pitches.
  • Strong behavioral attributes, such as result-oriented work ethic, teamwork, integrity, and effective communication skills.
