Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Business Growth Executive to join our team at r3 Consultant.

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within assigned territories. This includes promoting and selling IT Staff Augmentation, Managed Services, and IPA solutions to meet sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development & Sales: Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads to engage with prospects to understand their needs, and propose suitable solutions.
  • Account Management: Manage relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and identifying upsell or cross-sell opportunities.
  • Collaboration & Coordination: Work closely with delivery, pre-sales, and solution teams to ensure alignment and smooth execution of projects.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT sales, with at least 1 year focused on Staff Augmentation, Managed Services, or IPA.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Able to understand customer needs and propose suitable IT solutions.
