About Jobathon:
Magic Recruit is India's largest curated hiring event for web developers, helping employers hire faster, smarter, and more effectively. As a Sales Growth Strategist at Jobathon, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our business.
You will create and execute a high-conversion sales strategy, forming key partnerships, and scaling revenue from the ground up. If you've sold SaaS solutions, recruitment services, events, or anything to HRs, founders, or hiring teams, this is an opportunity built for you.
Your Role:
You'll be the driving force behind Magic Recruit's growth. You will own the entire B2B sales function, from outreach to closing. Sell to recruiters, founders, HR teams, hiring managers, and agencies. Pitch Magic Recruit as a smarter, faster alternative to job boards and traditional hiring.
What You'll Do:
- Owning the entire B2B sales function, from outreach to closing
- Selling to recruiters, founders, HR teams, hiring managers, and agencies
- Pitching Magic Recruit as a smarter, faster alternative to job boards and traditional hiring
- Working closely with the founder and product team to shape offerings and pricing
- Setting up sales systems, building a pipeline, and tracking conversions
- Hiring and leading a lean sales team over time
Who This Is Perfect For:
This role is perfect for individuals with 3-7 years of experience in:
SaaS Sales (especially B2B or HRTech)
Recruitment Sales or Talent Solutions
Event/Exhibition/Space Selling
B2B Services or Tech Product Sales
You should be a strong communicator and closer. Have a bias for action and accountability. Love building from scratch and owning outcomes. Have sold to decision-makers (HR, CXOs, founders). Bonus points if you have a network in the HR or tech hiring ecosystem.
