We are looking for a Revenue Growth Strategist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing customer behavior patterns and retention metrics to identify actionable opportunities for improvement. You will collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to enhance the overall customer experience.
The successful candidate will have 8+ years of experience in revenue retention, customer success, or a related role. Proven track record of improving retention rates and increasing customer lifetime value is essential. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making are also required.
A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required, while an MBA or advanced degree in a relevant discipline is preferred. Experience in the AI/ML or digital marketing industry is also a plus.
