Job Overview:

  • Lead a team of biostatisticians in the design and implementation of clinical research studies, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement statistical methodologies for complex data analysis, working closely with researchers to identify areas of improvement.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop process improvements, present at industry conferences, and foster innovation in biostatistics.
  3. Communicate effectively with clients, review study protocols, and develop allocation schemas for study assignments.
  4. Lead the development of methods and results sections in clinical study reports and publications.

Qualifications:

  • Master's or Doctoral degree in Biostatistics, Statistics, Epidemiology, or related field.
  • At least 4 years of experience in methodological statistical research, with expertise in state-of-the-art data manipulation and statistical methodology.
  • Strong programming skills in SAS and/or R, excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, work independently, and effectively communicate complex statistical concepts.
