Electronic Health Record System Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced manager to oversee our Electronic Health Record system, Elixir.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the core functionality of EHR systems, including care plans, clinical flows, prescriptions, MAR, assessment forms, and sessions.

The selected individual will work closely with clients and technical project teams to identify, analyze, and document new feature requirements and product enhancement needs.

This role involves conducting market research, documenting feature requirements using Agile methodology, giving product demos, working with the marketing team on product messaging and marketing campaigns, creating business cases, writing functional test cases, and performing function testing.

The successful candidate will possess excellent written and oral communication skills, meeting facilitation skills, presentation skills, and a technical background to understand the basic building blocks of software.

The ideal candidate will also be comfortable working in a small startup environment and have experience working with Agile teams in the Product Owner (PO) role.

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Technical Analyst or Product Manager.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager.
  • Expert level of understanding of the core functionality of EHR systems.
  • Experience with ONC certification requirements and process.
