Job Title: Senior Product Manager - EHR

We are seeking a talented professional to lead the design, development, and growth of our flagship EHR product. This role will own the end-to-end product lifecycle of clinical workflows and ensure seamless experience for providers, clinicians, and care coordinators.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and own the product roadmap for EHR clinical modules including charting, documentation, e-prescriptions, scheduling, and patient history.
  • Identify market trends, regulatory changes (e.g., HIPAA, CMS, HL7/FHIR), and customer pain points to drive product innovation.
  • Partner with UX, engineering, QA, and AI teams to deliver high-quality features on time and within scope.
  • Collaborate with sales, customer success, and marketing to develop positioning, training materials, and product demos.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience, with 5+ years in EHR product management.
  • Strong understanding of clinical workflows, patient documentation, and provider needs.
  • Experience with FHIR, HL7, ICD-10, SNOMED, and interoperability requirements.
  • Proven success in delivering scalable, user-centric EHR features.
