Trainer in Clinical Pathology

We're looking for a visionary to lead our Benchmark Training Program, shaping the next generation of medical professionals.
This role requires an expert in clinical pathology with exceptional teaching skills, able to inspire students, mentors, and institutions alike.
The ideal candidate will design and deliver impactful training modules on advanced devices for MLT/DMLT students and nursing staff, conduct engaging sessions, hands-on demos, and certification programs, host train-the-trainer initiatives, build content for digital learning, collaborate with healthcare institutes, skill councils, and regulatory bodies, ensure high standards of learning delivery and monitor student outcomes, maintain program documentation, feedback mechanisms, and reports, and drive program growth through quality assurance and continuous improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications- M.Sc. in MLT / Clinical Pathology / Biochemistry (PhD preferred)
- 4–5 years in diagnostics, clinical training, or healthcare skilling. Minimum 2–3 years teaching experience in healthcare institutes. Prior exposure to medical device training or government skilling programs is a plus
