We are looking for a skilled professional to take on the role of Financial Analyst.

About the Role

The primary responsibilities of this position will be to provide financial analysis and support to ensure smooth operations. This will involve uploading insurance-related journals into the system, migrating opening balances, developing reconciliation processes, creating process flow maps, and providing analytical support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Upload insurance-related journals into the system on a regular basis.
  • Migrate opening balances into the system for global entities.
  • Develop and implement reconciliation processes to improve reporting and controls.
  • Create detailed process flow maps to facilitate transition from current to future state.
  • Provide expert analytical support for financial controls and custom validations.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • At least 3 years of relevant work experience.
  • Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, lookups, and formulas.
  • Familiarity with ERP/finance systems preferably Workday.
  • Excellent communication skills and strong analytical ability.
  • Knowledge of Insurance Accounting is an asset.
