Financial Planning and Analysis Role

We are seeking a skilled Financial Planning Analyst to join our team. As a Financial Planning Analyst, you will play a key role in analyzing and interpreting financial data to inform business decisions.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Conducting thorough financial analysis and creating detailed financial models to support business planning and decision-making.
  • Developing and maintaining complex financial spreadsheets and databases to track and analyze financial data.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify areas of improvement and develop strategies to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Providing regular financial reporting and insights to senior management to inform business strategy.
Requirements:
  • Masters degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Business.
  • Professional certifications such as MBA, ACCA or CIMA.
  • 3-5 years experience in Marketing Finance or Financial Planning & Analysis.
  • Strong expertise in financial modelling, data reconciliation and reporting automation.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint and database management systems.
Desired Skills:
  • Solid understanding of Accounting Principles and advanced Financial Analysis techniques.
  • Strong business acumen with ability to interpret changing sales trends and influence decision-making.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as SAP and financial planning software.
  • Excellent analytical, communication and presentation skills.
