Jeeva.ai is seeking a seasoned professional to drive growth and retention in the US market. As a key member of our team, you'll lead, mentor, and support the Customer Success team to deliver exceptional client experiences.

About the Role

This leadership position offers the opportunity to develop and implement scalable customer success frameworks, with a focus on retention, expansion, and overall client satisfaction. You will build and maintain strong relationships with senior client stakeholders, positioning Jeeva.ai as a trusted long-term partner.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  1. Set clear goals, monitor performance, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  2. Develop and implement strategies for client onboarding and lifecycle management processes to ensure seamless hand-offs and consistent value delivery across all stages.
  3. Maintain strong working relationships with Product and Engineering teams to channel client feedback into product improvements and roadmap prioritization.
  4. Identify and drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  5. Maintain up-to-date CRM data and generate insights from client trends to report regularly on CS metrics to leadership.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar client-facing role, including 2+ years in a CS Lead capacity.
  • Proven track record of guiding teams to meet and exceed performance goals.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders.
  • A natural problem-solver and self-starter who thrives in a dynamic environment.
  • Highly organized and results-driven.
