Job Title: Senior Oracle Technical Professional

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to fill a key role in our organization. The ideal candidate will have expertise in complex technical systems, including Oracle Fusion HCM, OIC, VBCS, OTBI, BIP, Extracts, and Fast Formulas.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead or participate in the implementation of Oracle Fusion HCM technical solutions, including the design, development, and maintenance of custom integrations, extensions, and reports.
  • Develop and test Fast Formulas to meet client-specific requirements, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver tailored technical solutions that meet and exceed expectations.
  • Provide ongoing support, troubleshoot issues, and optimize technical solutions for improved performance and functionality.
  • Ideal Candidate:
  • Experience: 3-5 years of relevant experience in Oracle HCM technical modules.
  • Implementation Expertise: Completed at least 3 end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM implementations with a focus on Technical deliverables.
  • Technical Skills: Hands-on expertise in OIC, VBCS, OTBI, BIP, Extracts, and Fast Formulas.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to resolve complex technical challenges efficiently.
  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal and client-facing skills to deliver exceptional solutions.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to travel onsite as needed for project delivery.
