Job Opportunity

The role of Sr. HR Executive encompasses a broad spectrum of responsibilities, including the maintenance and updating of employee records within the organizational framework.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update accurate and comprehensive employee records in HRMS software to ensure seamless information flow across departments.
  • Prepare and analyze HR reports and dashboards for management review, utilizing data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions.
  • Employ AI tools to design actionable insights that drive business growth and optimize operational efficiency.
  • Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
  • Assist in designing and implementing policies that promote a positive and inclusive work environment, driving employee engagement and retention.
  • Manage and resolve employee queries and grievances in a timely and professional manner, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Organize training & development programs to enhance professional growth and skill acquisition, aligning with organizational objectives.
  • Drive employee engagement activities and foster a positive working culture, promoting a sense of belonging among team members.
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance, encouraging continuous improvement and excellence.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Advanced Excel skills with at least 2-3 years of hands-on experience.
  • Proficient in MS Office, Power BI, and other relevant tools and software.
  • Ability to work with large datasets, handling minimum 2000+ employees efficiently.
  • Primary role will be focused on HR MIS, with secondary responsibilities as an HR Generalist.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in an HR executive or generalist role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices and tools/software.
  • Experience with HRMS systems.
  • Expertise in MS Excel.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information effectively.
