High-Performing Ad Campaign Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Performance Marketer to strengthen our digital presence and drive measurable results across multiple ad platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Campaign Strategy & Execution: Plan, manage, and optimize ad campaigns with a strong focus on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) for maximum ROI.
  • Performance Optimization: Continuously fine-tune targeting, creatives, and bidding strategies to improve campaign efficiency.
  • Conversion Tracking & API: Set up and optimize conversion APIs for accurate event tracking and reliable campaign measurement.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Monitor campaign data, generate performance reports, and provide actionable insights for scaling.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with leadership to align ad campaigns with business objectives and growth milestones.
Required Expertise:
  • A proven track record of managing successful Meta Ads with ROI-driven campaigns.
  • Strong knowledge of audience segmentation, retargeting strategies, and funnel optimization techniques.
  • Hands-on experience with conversion APIs, pixel implementation, and advanced campaign tracking methods.
  • Proficiency in campaign analytics and the ability to translate numbers into strategic recommendations.
  • An independent, detail-oriented, and results-driven approach is essential for this role.
