Job Title: Business Solutions Architect

Key Responsibilities:

  1. AI Opportunity Identification:
  • Discover and prioritize business intelligence opportunities that align with strategic goals.
  • Conduct workshops and stakeholder interviews to uncover pain points and process improvements.
  1. Requirements Gathering & Translation:
  • Convert business requirements into technical specifications for AI teams.
  • Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to ensure feasibility and alignment.
  1. Business Case Development:
  • Create ROI models, feasibility studies, and risk assessments for AI initiatives.
  • Presents findings and recommendations to senior leadership.
  1. Performance Monitoring:
  • Define KPIs and success metrics for AI projects.
  • Track and report on project outcomes and business impact.
  1. Stakeholder Management:
  • Act as a liaison between business units and technical teams.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and communication.
  1. AI Governance & Ethics:
  • Ensure AI solutions comply with regulatory requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's in Business, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field. MBA or Master's preferred.
  • Experience: 3–6 years in business analysis, with 1–2 years in AI/ML projects.
  • Technical Proficiency:
  • Familiarity with AI concepts (e.g., NLP, computer vision).
  • Basic knowledge of Python, SQL, Tableau, or Power BI.
  • Understanding of AI platforms.
  • Business Acumen:
  • Strong grasp of business strategy, operations, and financial modeling.
  • Ability to align AI initiatives with organizational goals.
  • Soft Skills:
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving mindset.
  • Project management capabilities.
