We are seeking a motivated and certified Personal Trainer to join our team. As a Personal Trainer at Go Lean Health, you will provide online live training sessions, helping clients on their journey to weight loss and overall wellness. This role is perfect for a passionate professional who believes in our mission and is eager to support clients virtually.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct online live training sessions tailored to individual client needs and goals.
  • Develop and implement personalized fitness plans focusing on weight loss, strength building, and overall wellness.
  • Monitor and adjust training programs based on client progress and feedback.
  • Provide motivation, support, and expert advice to help clients maintain their fitness regimen.
  • Collaborate with the Go Lean Health team to ensure a comprehensive approach to client wellness, including nutrition and mental wellbeing.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client progress and session notes.

Qualifications:

  • Must be a certified Personal Trainer (certification from an accredited organization such as ACE, NASM, ISSA, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of weight loss strategies and fitness training principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Tech-savvy with experience using online platforms for live training sessions.
  • Passion for wellness and alignment with the mission and values of Go Lean Health.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • Experience in online personal training or virtual coaching.
  • Background in nutrition or additional certifications related to wellness.
  • Familiarity with holistic health practices and integrative wellness approaches.
