Job Description

As a Digital Marketing Specialist at PinkRock Enterprises Pvt. Ltd., you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's online presence and driving business growth through effective digital marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Digital Marketing Strategy Development: Develop, implement, and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and lead a team of digital marketing professionals, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Campaign Management: Plan, oversee, and optimize all digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, content marketing, and display advertising.
  • Analytics and Performance Optimization: Monitor and analyze website and social media analytics to identify areas for improvement and drive performance optimization.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent branding, messaging, and customer experience across all digital platforms.
  • Industry Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing to inform strategy development.
  • Marketing Budget Management: Effectively manage the digital marketing budget to maximize return on investment (ROI).
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations and data protection laws.
  • Reporting and Presentations: Provide regular reports and presentations to senior management on the effectiveness of digital marketing initiatives and performance metrics.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • A minimum of [₹1200000 - ₹1800000] per annum salary based on experience and qualifications.
  • In-depth knowledge of various digital marketing channels, tools, and techniques, such as SEO, SEM, social media advertising, content marketing, email marketing, and analytics platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage a team and collaborate with other departments.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to develop innovative digital marketing strategies.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills to handle multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
