As a seasoned expert in Windows server management, this role is focused on delivering high-quality service to clients. The successful candidate will have extensive hands-on experience with enterprise-level Windows server environments and be responsible for the installation, configuration, administration, and support of these systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install, configure, and administer Windows servers in both physical and virtual environments
  • Support hybrid cloud environments and ensure seamless integration between on-premises and cloud-based infrastructure
  • Mentor junior staff members to develop their skills and knowledge in Windows server management

In addition to technical expertise, strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role. The ideal candidate will be able to effectively interface with clients and stakeholders to deliver exceptional service and results.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience in managing and supporting enterprise-level Windows server environments
  • Strong understanding of Windows server operating systems, including installation, configuration, and administration
  • Experience with virtualization technologies, such as VMware or Hyper-V
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and mentor junior staff members
