Dynamic Community Building Role

The Bombay Founders Club is seeking a highly motivated and proactive individual to join our team as a community builder.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Nurturing relationships with community members through effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Planning and executing engaging events, meetups, and initiatives to foster growth and collaboration within the community
  • Representing the community in a professional and welcoming manner, ensuring an inclusive environment for all members
  • Providing administrative support to the Head of Community/Founder in day-to-day operations and long-term strategies

Applicants should be available for full-time, in-office internship and have relevant skills and interests. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be proactive and organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Qualifications:
  • A fresher with a genuine passion for community building and startups
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and contribute to the growth and success of the community
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with a focus on meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results
