Business Development Manager for Branding and Advertising

We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to lead our branding and advertising efforts. The ideal candidate will thrive on building strategic partnerships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving growth through innovative solutions.

This role involves diagnosing market trends, framing our brand as the right solution partner, and crafting compelling narratives that connect branding to measurable growth outcomes.

The successful candidate will have six to ten years of experience in business development for branding, advertising, consulting, or creative industries.

Key qualifications include strong communication and storytelling skills, the ability to sell ideas and concepts rather than pre-packaged services, and a proven track record of acquiring new logos rather than farming existing accounts.

Responsibilities will include owning the pipeline and quarterly acquisition targets, tracking competitor moves and industry trends, and feeding those insights back into our leadership team.

Success will be measured by building a target list of 50 to 100 prospects, setting up discovery conversations, sharpening the pitch with leadership, and converting at least two to three new accounts into live projects.

Required Skills:
